Paolina's Way Restaurant

For sixty years Grandma Paolina created hearty yet delicate handmade pastas and fresh sauces for her family. Today, with a similar spirit, Christina and her staff joyfully recreate those decades old recipes with ingredients picked daily – many from our own organic farm. In addition to nearly all of our food being local and organic, well beyond our meats, dairy, and seafood, we are dedicated to environmentally sustainable business practices. Come sit on our patio or by our wood-fired oven and enjoy!

Paolina's Way denotes our name as well as how we serve our food, our community and our environment. Stepping through our doors reveals a welcoming atmosphere and enticing cuisine, with a beautiful handmade wood-fired brick oven as the focal point. We updated our Italian family recipes with locally produced, organic and healthy Maine coast fare to plate delicious wholesome dishes that meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and seasonality. Paolina's Way is committed to being a Green Business and serving our environment by reducing, reusing and recycling wherever we can.
