Rooms are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted) and are subject to State and Local Taxes.

Deposits
Reservations must be guaranteed with a VISA, Mastercard or American Express. A deposit equal to 50% of your entire stay is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to your arrival will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less then 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged one night's room and tax.

Check-In & Check Out
Check-In time is anytime after 3PM and check-out time is by 11AM. If your room is vacant and clean prior to 3PM, we are happy to check you in. Extending your check-out by 1 hour can be arranged the morning of your departure if available.

No Smoking Policy
Dedicated to providing a clean, comfortable and relaxing environment for its guests and staff, the Lord Camden Inn has gone smoke free. We ask that all guests refrain from smoking in all rooms, balconies, and common areas during their stay. Guests may be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement and assessed an extra cleaning charge if it has been determined that they have been smoking in their room or other ares of the inn.

Rates & Occupancy
Rates are double occupancy. There is a $35/person/night additional charge for persons ages 13 and up. The first two children 12 and under are free. There is a $15/child/night additional charge for more than 2 children in a guestroom. All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Cribs or rollaways are free to guests.

Pet Charge
There is a $25/pet/night fee for guests with dogs. We allow a maximum of two dogs per room and do not discriminate on size or breed.

Breakfast at the Lord Camden Inn

Lord Camden Inn serves a full buffet breakfast from May 1st to October 31st and a deluxe continental buffet breakfast from November 1st to April 30th. Breakfast at the Lord Camden Inn is one of the most memorable and delicious experiences of our guests.

Full Buffet Breakfast (May 1 - Oct 31)
The Inn's trademark buffet breakfast served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am each morning includes the hotel's popular homemade Belgian waffles made fresh by guests on our state-of-the-art wafflemaker, served with real Maine Gold maple syrup and a fresh fruit garnish. Additional hot breakfast items change daily and may include scrambled or poached eggs and either sausage, ham or bacon. Bread and pastry choices include freshly made bagels (from the Camden Bagel Cafe), English muffins, assorted breads for toasting, and homemade pastries. Fresh seasonal fruit, hot and cold cereals, the Inn's world famouse homemade granola, yogurt, juices, teas, and organic, Fair Trade Green Mountain coffee are always available to choose from.

Deluxe Continental Breakfast (Nov 1 - April 30)
The Inn's deluxe continental breakfast is a scaled back, but very plentiful version of the hotel's full breakfast served from 7:30 am to 9:30 am each morning during the off-season. The Inn still offers our delicious make-your-own Belgian waffles served with Maine Gold maple syrup, fruit topping and whipped cream. Guest will also enjoy freshly baked pastries, assorted yogurts, fresh seasonal fruit, the Inn's world famouse homemade granola, hot and cold cereals, fresh bagels, english muffins and an assortment of Pepperidge Farm breads, juices, teas and of course, organic, Fair Trade Green Mountain coffee.

Lord Camden Inn Location & Directions

From Bangor, ME Area: (70 minutes)
Take Route 1 south into Camden. The Lord Camden Inn will be on your right-hand side just two doors down from Boyton-McKay Drug Store. We are the red brick building with blue awnings.

From Augusta, ME Area: (50 minutes)
Take Route 17 south until you reach Route 90. Take a left on to Route 90 and follow until you reach Route 1. Take a left on to Route 1 north and proceed into Camden. The Lord Camden Inn will be on your left-hand side. We are the red brick building with the blue awnings.

From Portland, ME Area: (1.75 hours)
Take Route 295 north until the Brunswick exit 28 (formerly exit 22). You will now be on Route 1 North. Stay on Route One until you reach Route 90 in Warren. Take a left onto Route 90 until you once again come to Route 1 in Rockport. Take a left onto Route 1 North and proceed into downtown Camden. The Lord Camden Inn will be on your left-hand side in the middle of the block. We are the large 4 story, red brick building with the blue awnings. In either direction, you should look for the large blue awnings, as they are our prominent outside feature. We are located at 24 Main Street. From Augusta, ME: (50 mins.)
Route 17 East approx. 41 miles, when Route 17 meets Route 1 turn left (McDonald's on left), onto Route 1 North. 1/3 mile down turn right at the light onto Waldo Avenue (Littlefield Baptist Church) 1/2 mile on Waldo Avenue to the Samoset Resort entrance.

From Boston, MA Area: (3.5 hours)
Out of Boston, follow 95 north toward Portland, Maine. As you get closer to Portland, look for exit 44 (formerly exit 6A) in Scarborough. Take this exit and prepare for a toll booth ahead. This exit transfers you to Route 295 North through downtown Portland. Follow 295 North to exit 28 (formerly exit 22). Exit sign will read "Bath/Brunswick, Coastal Route 1". Now follow route 1 North through Waldoboro. A few miles after Moody's Diner, start to look for Rte 90 signs. Take a left onto route 90, which will be in the town of Warren. Follow route 90 until you hook back up with Rte 1 North, then turn left back onto Rte 1 North. (Do not turn left until you are sure you are turning left onto route 1 N!). Now follow route 1 North directly into downtown Camden. Once you get to Main Street, you will see The Camden National Bank on your right (just after the Town Commons also on your right) . . . just past the bank, the Lord Camden Inn will be on your left in the middle of the block. We are the big 4 story, red brick building with blue awnings..
